The Hotel Príncipe Perfeito in Viseu has been renovated by the Montebelo Hotels & Resorts hotel chain, changing its name to Montebelo Príncipe Perfeito Viseu Garden Hotel. After the total modernization of the indoor and outdoor common spaces, the hotel chain decided “an update of name to mark this new stage of one of the most emblematic hotels in the city of Viseu”.
The luxury hotel maintains the 4-star category, and in a statement the chain states that the unit "now fully assumes the brand and quality standards of the Montebelo Hotels & Resorts hotel chain, replicating the rigor of services and the experience proposal of the other brand hotels in Viseu, Ílhavo, Lisbon, Barragem da Aguieira, and in Mortágua".
The decorative elements are based on the magnificent gardens and green spaces, which are an integral part of the hotel. Green and pink tones predominate within the 47 spacious rooms and suites. There is a harmonious combination between the elegance of nature and the classic features of the building's timeless facade.
The event rooms were also renovated, they are now prepared for any type of event or meeting, ensuring compliance with all health and safety standards required by the General Directorate of Health. From compulsory social distance, to cleaning and sanitizing the rooms after each daily event and during the break, the maximum capacity of the rooms and the restaurant were also adjusted to the needs that the new reality imposes on us.
