Goa-based yacht design studio Bhushan Powar Design has just unveiled a new superyacht concept. The Zion is the name of the luxury yacht that has a giant domed observatory in the center, an interesting feature as it looks like a giant glass eye. The studio founded in 2019, which will be the first luxury yacht design studio in India, was inspired by one of the most mysterious and beautiful phenomena in the universe, black holes, for the elaboration of this "giant eye" of Zion.

The Zion is comprised of sleek, flowing lines that create a distinctive silhouette that's sure to stand out on the high seas. “Our Zion concept catches the eye with its modern elegance and surprises the owner with the mysteries of the deep,” said Bhushan Powar, Founder and Creative Director.

One of these particularities is the huge glass dome that plunges into the middle of the yacht. The unique spherical badge, which bears resemblance to a black hole, doubles as a sort of observatory and offers guests uninterrupted views of the horizon.

With a length of 110 meters, Zion has, in addition to its innovative design, large spaces connected by a glass elevator. It can accommodate 20 guests in 10 luxury staterooms of which one is a dedicated master suite on the main deck.

In addition to guests, the yacht can accommodate more than 20 crew members. The upper deck has a 12 meter helipad. The main deck adopts a large, open-plan outdoor dining area that slides into a glass-bottom infinity pool. The lower deck features an expandable beach club with gym and open garden, as well as a large garage for water toys.
