The Italian studio Lazzarini Design reveals another futuristic superyacht concept with elegant and innovative shapes as usual in their designs.

The "Icaria", an 85m superyacht concept complete with a helipad for two helicopters, was inspired by the previous “Shape”, concept unveiled by the studio last month.

Although some of the main features are similar to its predecessor, such as the open main deck, or "hollow deck" as Lazzarini calls it, which can be customized to the taste of its future owners. Lazzarini has equipped the large space with a huge bar to allow occupants to enjoy their favorite drinks on the water's edge while relaxing.

Despite the similarities between the vessels, the superyachts have slightly different silhouettes; while the former has sleek lines and a pointed bow, the "Icaria" features an imposing front that includes a glass-enclosed bridge, which provides the owner or captain with extensive ocean views.

The studio has not released details about Icaria's propulsion, but it is easy to imagine that like the "Shape" which will be powered exclusively by clean energy, the Icaria will adopt a similar configuration.
