The British brand of ultra-luxurious vehicles presented its latest and most extraordinary luxury car model, the Rolls-Royce Boat Tail. And as its name is inspired by the sea, more specifically in Class J yachts (popular in racing). This luxury car is fundamentally a luxury road yacht.

This model has been developed over the past four years and only three cars will be built for multimillion-dollar customers, will be priced at $28.0 million, making it the most expensive car ever.

It measures 5.8 meters in length, with a modified version of the aluminum architecture of the Phantom, which also leaves the V12 6.75 biturbo with 571 hp of power and 850 nm of torque with a maximum speed of 250 km / hour, all rest is built to measure. Nautical details are easily detectable on the rear in Caleidolegno wood on the surrounding windshield and in its hand-painted two-tone blue color, also present on the wheels. Dark blue is present from the hood to the luggage compartment, separated by a wooden veneer, while the rest of the body has a lighter bluish tone.

The seats and steering wheel are covered in bicolor blue leather that matches the exterior, a lacquered wood veneer on the dashboard mimics the rear deck. The instrument panel has a braided texture known as Guilloche, which is common in luxury jewelry and timepiece construction, with a bright blue finish. The fabric hood, which can only be removed manually, is kept in the trunk, where all the originality and particularity of this car is located. The wooden tailgate doors, which they named "accommodation suite", open reminiscent of the wings of a butterfly. Inside are two mini-fridges with the customers' favorite champagne.

There is also a set of silver cutlery with engraved "Boat Tail" emblems and Christofle porcelain tableware. To make the luxurious picnics complete, there is a sunshade that opens over the back of the car and two small carbon fiber seats, as well as two fixed cocktail tables on each side.

According to Rolls-Royce CEO Torsten Muller-Otvos "He was born out of a desire to celebrate success and create a lasting legacy. In its realization, the Rolls-Royce Boat Tail was a pivotal moment in the history of our brand and on the contemporary luxury ".
