This luxury development located on Avenida da Liberdade in Lisbon, is already in the commercialization phase.
The building, with a gross construction area of 2,165 m2, consists of 10 apartments ranging from T1 to T4 Duplex, with terraces and private pool, with dimensions between 76 m2 and 227 m2 respectively (not including exterior spaces) a store and underground parking for all apartments. Only two of the 10 housing units are for sale, the remaining eight will be for rent. The luxury development was developed by Coporgest with a total investment of 7.7 million euros.
In architectural terms, according to the promoter, the project intended to create a contemporary building in which its layout and cladding materials interconnected the layout of the old city with the orthogonal layout of Avenida da Liberdade. The balconies and the cladding in flamed marble stone (ventilated system) combined with the metallic cladding in bronze tones, allowed the development of a residential building of high quality construction that fits the area.
As stated by the president of Coporgest Sérgio Ferreira; "The architectural image of the building is, in our view, an asset for the surrounding area, at the same time that the housing fractions respect the current requirements, with high quality standards".
The original building occupied an area of 226.29 m2 (long since demolished). After the acquisition of the lot by Coporgest in 2017, the year when construction started. Of the 11 floors that the building has, three are below ground, with access to 15 parking spaces.
