Bugatti, well known for its luxurious and powerful cars, has just announced its next project, and no, it is not another powerful and beautiful car, but a no less impressive luxury development. Aptly named Bugatti Residences by Binghatti, the French luxury car brand's first real estate project will be located in Dubai's thriving Business Bay district.
Binghatti Developers is one of the main builders in Dubai, it is the complex's driving force. This partnership was announced by Binghatti CEO Muhammad BinGhatti and Bugatti Rimac CEO Mate Rimac.
The development will witness a harmonious fusion of engineering excellence and refined aesthetics. Inspired by iconic Bugatti cars, the residences exude dynamism, elegance and power. From flowing lines and streamlined contours to luxurious materials and meticulous attention to detail, every aspect of the residences will embody the spirit of unrivaled craftsmanship and innovation.
The development's architectural concept will combine a harmonious fusion of engineering excellence and refined aesthetics. Bugatti Residences by Binghatti comprises two majestic towers joined together with 52 floors each. Inspired by iconic Bugatti cars, all residences exude dynamism, elegance and power. The contours of the exterior will be reminiscent of the ripples of the beaches of the French Riviera and the dunes of Dubai.
The incomparable complex will have 182 apartments with 2 to 4 bedroom configurations with measures ranging from 162.5 square meters to 1,383 square meters. Of course, it will have the ultra-luxurious Riviera Mansion Collection with 171 penthouses and the Sky Mansion Penthouse Collection with 11. Each floor will house up to 7 units, while each of the Sky Mansion penthouses will extend across the entire floor. All penthouses provide breathtaking views of the Dubai Water Canal on one side and the Burj Khalifa-Downtown on the other.
Showcasing extraordinary luxury and elegance, the units will be presented with bespoke Bugatti furniture, which will boast design elements unique to the iconic brand. Each apartment will have an exclusive parking space, with 3, 5 or 7 spaces for the 2, 3 and 4 bedroom types, respectively. The Sky Mansion penthouses will have 10 parking spaces, and the Penthouse Collection will have access to 20 spaces. It should be noted that residents of the Sky Mansion and Penthouse Collection penthouses will have 2 elevators for cars from the garage to the penthouse.
As you can imagine, all this luxury is also joined by amenities such as a beach completely inspired by the Riviera, private pool and jacuzzi, fitness club, chef's table and a members' club, as well as the usual drivers and personalized concierge services.
