Italian shipbuilder Tecnomar that is part of the Italian Sea Group has unveiled its new sports yacht model the 39.8 meter (130 foot) Evo 130 Hard Top. The elegant exterior design is by Gian Marco Campanino of The Italian Sea Group, the model is an upgrade of the Tecnomar Evo 120.
The Evo 130 will be made of aluminum and is “ready for construction”, according to the yard. The new range is described as “ultra-modern” and a “breath of fresh air” in sport yacht design. Speaking about the model, Gian Marco Campanino said: “Its design is the expression of the brand's DNA at its best, sportiness with an ultramodern style. It was inspired by the automotive world with sculptural body lines and fluidity.”
Although details about its interior are scarce, it is known that the new EVO 130 will be able to accommodate up to 12 guests divided into six cabins, an owner's exclusive cabin and five generous double cabins, in addition to seven crew. As for the decoration, Campanino only confirmed that it will be quite elegant and will feature “fine leathers, microfiber upholstery and ergonomic built-in furniture”.
As for amenities, the super yacht comes complete with a forward sun lounge on the main deck, a luxurious beach club and a garage aft. Designed for entertainment, the model also features a shaded terrace and bar that accompanies the dining and living rooms.
The EVO 130 will be equipped with two 1,800 hp V-12 diesel engines that will provide an estimated top speed of 19 knots and a cruising speed of 17 knots, with a range of approximately 2,000 nautical miles.
