The impressive creation of this super powerful luxury car is the responsibility of the startup Czinger Vehicles in Los Angeles and was unveiled today, before its world premiere in Geneva International Motor Show on March 30th.

The engineers at Czinger Vehicles in Los Angeles have been developing this technology for some time. Czinger CEO and founder Kevin Czinger unveiled in 2015 a vehicle called the Divergent Blade, which served as proof of concept for a new type of construction in which 3D printed components are cast using a patented process and reinforced with fiber elements. carbon to form a strong yet very light structure. This technology was used for the 21C.

This super car consists of two seats, the passenger being directly behind the driver, which allows a central driving position in the McLaren F1 style.

This magnificent machine is equipped with a 2.88 liter V8 engine and two electric motors installed on the front axle, with 1,233 horsepower combined for the four wheels. A third electric motor that acts as a generator and is connected to the V-8, and ensures that the vehicle's fast charge lithium-titanate battery is always filled. With seven-speed sequential gearbox.

The result of these factors combined is an impressive performance for a road car. The Czinger 21C will reach a fantastic 432 km / hour of maximum speed, from 0 to 100 km / h it only needs 1.9 seconds, and 8.1 seconds in the first 400 meters, as if this machine was not impressive enough it takes just 15 seconds from 0 to 300 km / h and 29 seconds before reaching 400 km / h.

Czinger worked closely with Michelin to ensure that the 21C's tires are able to achieve all this performance.

The goal of Czinger, when building this C21, is to show the autonomy that 3D printing gives to revolutionize the design and construction of top cars from scratch.
