The Al Quimia restaurant at the Epic Sana luxury resort in the Algarve, reopened to the public on 25 July.
After about eight months of requalification, Al Quimia restaurant has reopened with a sophisticated and comfortable atmosphere, with particular attention to detail and customer proximity without the rigidities of the usual limitations of a traditional fine dining environment.

With creative and modern dishes, focused mainly on seafood. It has a cuisine that tends to the traditional Portuguese that transports us to childhood.
From Tuesday to Saturday at dinner, between February and November from 6.30 pm to 10.30 pm, where the customer can choose between two tasting menus or choose à la carte, and live their dining experience indoors or out according to their preference.
