Chef Jesús Sánchez, the essence and character of Cantabria, is the Executive Chef who brings his award-winning cuisine to Madrid.

“This is really how cooking features in my life: as a real passion. Despite not having any family background in gastronomy, I started to show an attraction and curiosity for this world at a very early age, which has now become my life. Cooking is exactly this for me… a way of life. And the restaurant is the expression of this”.
