Royal County Down is located in one of the most naturally beautiful link settings in the world in the Murlough Nature Reserve. With the Mountains of Mourne as a magnificent backdrop, the links stretch along the shores of Dundrum Bay, zigzagging back and forth to offer a different view from almost every hole.

After games, golfers can enjoy a drink in the Murlough Room, which overlooks the 18th green, 10th tee as well as the Mountains of Mourne. The bar and dining room provide golfers with the opportunity to relax in comfort after their games. The menu includes light snacks and more substantial meals, all freshly prepared and open throughout the day, as is the fully licensed bar.
