At COMO Shambhala Retreat is a haven of tranquility on a private island. Eight double treatment pavilions are situated over the water, with doors that open so you can relax on a massage bed or in the oversized bathtubs, listening to the sound of the waves and the sea breeze.

It features steam, sauna and jacuzzi areas, as well as an outdoor yoga pavilion located on the sunrise side of the island overlooking the Indian Ocean.

It has a state-of-the-art fitness center, as well as expert instruction in yoga, meditation, and core connection.

Treatments are based on Asian traditions, from Thai Massage, Taksu and Indonesian Massage, to Foot Reflexology and Indian Head Massage.

The retreat also offers classic beauty treatments, including Sundari facials, Guinot facials, manicures and pedicures.
