Titilaka Restaurant, gastronomy inspired by the main attraction, Lake Titicaca.

The design and preparation of the food derives from the main attraction, Lake Titicaca. The menu is shaped by the ancient Andean orientation towards respect for the land, attention to cultivation and conscious sourcing of each ingredient.

Using Aymara culinary teachings as well as contemporary designs, the chef has managed to bring together locally sourced ingredients and exquisite classic cuisine in complete harmony.

The almost lunar glow, the special energy and the immensity of the lake are the roots of Chef María Fé Garcia's inspiration for creating the Titilaka menu.

With countless Andean ingredients and, of course, many Peruvian products, all with a delicate touch, define Titilaka's cuisine. As any visitor to the world's highest navigable lake knows, this sublime feeling of disembodied fragility is hard to put into words.
