Thurnher's Restaurant, by chef Yannick Ingenhoff, he works according to the motto: cooking is art,  a process of creative work. He combines modern cuisine with a wide variety of international influences and pampers guests with a five to eight-course menu every evening. 

The focus is on the perfect interplay of different textures, temperatures and consistencies as well as a harmonious fusion of ingredients to create an extraordinary taste experience.
