The restaurant is led by world-renowned Chef Daniel Boulud, the menu is inspired by the four culinary muses of Boulud, La Tradition, La Saison, La Mer and Le Voyage. Based on this inspiration, a unique menu was created that highlights the seasonality of local Caribbean ingredients.
