Hotel Akelarre

Hotel Akelarre, the luxury hotel that was born from the three Michelin star restaurant.

The Hotel Akelarre is the result of a dissident mind, in 1970, on the slopes of Monte Igueldo, San Sebastián, Akelarre Pedro Subijana was born. A restaurant that has held three Michelin stars since 2007 after 25 years with two Michelin stars.

As of 2017, it has a hotel that has elegantly decorated rooms, a spa and a new bar-restaurant with huge terraces and the Akelarre Pedro Subijana which is one of the few restaurants with three Michelin stars in the world and this one with its own hotel.
